New Horizons
Concert Works
I write contemporary classical music for performances around Glasgow, including at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where I studied composition, usually as part of their annual contemporary music festival, PLUG.
This years PLUG saw the premiere of my piece 'A Winter Romance', which was well received and can be listened to on the player below.
May 2013 saw the premiere of the ballet MONAD, for which I wrote the music to the second act. The piece, with movement by renowned choreographer Hubert Essakow, was performed at Glasgow Tramway by members of the BBC SSO and RCS Musiclab, and was conducted by Pierre-Andre Valade.
The piece went down well, and received 4 star review in both the scotsman and the Herald:

I am always on the lookout for new creative opportunities for a variety of settings, so I am happy for anyone to get in touch with ideas for potential collaborations etc.
